Willow has one 'notable' condition in her report, because she inherited one autosomal recessive gene, which means two genes are required to become symptomatic.  To help you understand this, and what it means for Willow and her offspring, we have included the explanation provided to us. Willow is not at health risk, as she has only one copy. We manage this in our breeding program by breeding with a non-carrier, so that our puppies are not put at risk.
